DETECT

AI Patrol & Surveillance Assistant

An AI-powered security assistant with EO and IR cameras, designed to serve as an additional set of eyes for patrol and surveillance teams. Mountable to patrol vehicles, fixed positions, or sUAS for air patrol. The system detects unusual activity and delivers real-time verbal alerts to the operator — hands-free. The AI assistant can track individuals on command while the patrol team member remains focused on driving or other tasks. Field-tested on private patrol vehicles. Available for SOF, infantry, DHS, and law enforcement.

US Navy Thermal C-UAS Detector — AI-Driven, Polarized LWIR

Developed in collaboration with the US Navy's Naval Surface Warfare Center, this AI-driven polarized thermal long-wave infrared (LWIR) detector provides passive detection of small UAS at distances up to 6X greater than comparable IR systems — according to the US Navy. Because it is passive, it is not susceptible to electronic warfare countermeasures. Man-portable at under 15kg and suitable for mounting on small vehicles. Engineered for special forces, infantry, and perimeter defense. The system can differentiate between small UAS and birds, making it valuable for airport bird strike mitigation as well. Networkable with EW jammers and automated turret-mounted weapons for a fully autonomous kill chain. Manufactured in the USA by Falcon Nano for the US military, DHS, and law enforcement.

Currently in a seed funding round. Seeking customers and development partners.

DEFEAT

Ammunition Engineered for Counter-UAS

Specially engineered ammunition that substantially extends the effective range for neutralizing UAS threats beyond what standard shotgun and rifle rounds can achieve. Initial offerings include 12-gauge and 7.62x51mm rounds with no weapon modifications required. Tungsten projectile construction. Manufactured in the USA by Falcon Nano for the US military, DHS, and law enforcement.

Patents pending. Prototypes under testing. Volume production planned for 2027.

Assault sUAS — AI-Driven, Capable of Defeating Other Drones in Flight

Coming soon to Falcon Nano. Ukrainian combat-proven drone and counter-drone systems. Contact Falcon Nano for more information. 🇺🇦

A battle-proven assault UAS equipped with a proprietary recoilless 12-gauge shotgun and an AI-driven targeting and firing solution. Originally engineered to shoot down enemy UAS in flight, this system dramatically extends the range at which SOF and infantry can neutralize drone threats — bringing the weapon directly to the target rather than relying on ground-based engagement ranges. Also deployable as a traditional assault UAS, capable of executing all steps of the kill chain against ground vehicles or parked aircraft. Falcon Nano is developing AI enhancements to further increase capability for SOF and infantry.

NAVAIR Spike Missile — Man-Portable, Launch by SOF, Infantry, or sUAS

Developed by the US Navy's Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, the Spike fills the critical capability gap between the M320 Grenade Launcher and the Javelin missile — at a fraction of the weight. At 2.5kg with a 0.5kg warhead, it is man-portable, low-cost, and easy to tube-launch. Suitable for launch by SOF, infantry, or from a sUAS platform. Guidance options include EO, inertial, and semi-active laser (SAL), with thermal and advanced AI guidance under development. Falcon Nano is authorized to present and demonstrate the Spike and is actively developing AI enhancements to further extend its value to SOF and infantry.

Specs at a glance: TRL 6 · Weight: 2.5kg (3kg system) · Warhead: 0.5kg · Range: 3km · Guidance: EO / Inertial / SAL · RF: 915MHz · Subsonic · Easy tube launch

Target set: Tanks, Group 3+ UAS, unmanned ground vehicles, trucks, helicopters, subsonic fixed-wing aircraft, buildings, amphibious assault vehicles

UAS & GPS Jammer — Electronic Warfare, Counter-Drone

Coming soon to Falcon Nano. Ukrainian combat-proven drone and counter-drone systems. Contact Falcon Nano for more information. 🇺🇦

A battle-proven loitering munition with thousands of successful combat missions to its credit. This low-cost, long-range suicide drone is operated by a single SOF operator or infantry warfighter. The FPV pilot flies the aircraft until the target is identified and can either manually guide it to impact or engage AI-assisted attack mode — at which point the onboard AI takes over, proving more effective than most human pilots at defeating evasive target maneuvers. Empty weight under 3kg with a 3kg payload (warhead) capacity at a 20km engagement range. Engineered from the ground up to maximize firepower per dollar — giving warfighters more capability regardless of budget. Manufactured in the USA by Falcon Nano for the US military.

EMP Suicide sUAS — Electromagnetic Pulse for Swarm Defeat & Electronic Disruption

Developed in collaboration with the US Navy, this electromagnetic pulse (EMP) suicide UAS is engineered to fly into hostile drone swarms and neutralize them — or to suppress enemy electronics ahead of or during ground engagement. Unlike battery-powered EMP systems, this platform uses high explosives to generate the pulse, delivering 10X greater EMP output at 1/10th the weight and volume of comparable battery-powered alternatives. Man-portable, suitable for SOF and infantry deployment. The high-explosive EMP payload will also be available for integration onto other UAS platforms. Manufactured in the USA by Falcon Nano for the US military.
