Falcon Nano is a Nevada-based defense technology company revolutionizing counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) with AI-powered, passive infrared detection and low-collateral defeat (LCD) solutions. Headquartered in Las Vegas, we develop man-portable, mobile platforms that deliver 6× greater detection range for drone swarms (Groups 1–2) while remaining completely passive — immune to jamming or spoofing.
Backed by research, development, and manufacturing agreements with the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, and by exclusive U.S. manufacturing and resale rights to combat-proven TRL-9 systems through our Ukrainian joint venture, Falcon Nano combines Navy-validated hardware with proprietary Edge AI on Intel/Altera FPGAs. Al Hastings – CEO & Founder, 20+ years as a hardware and tech CEO. Built and sold two defense-adjacent firms (one reached $150M market cap). Former Motorola project engineer, NASA Space Grant Board member, and UNLV Mechanical Engineering Industry Advisory Board member.
Scott Geiselman – VP of Applications Engineering, 30+ years leading complex DoD hardware programs. NSWC alum with experience at IBM, General Motors, Google, and Yahoo. Holds an MBA and an MS in Computer Science.
Maj Gen Don McGregor, USAF (Ret) – Strategic Advisor Combat veteran, F-16 pilot, and former National Guard Director for Strategy, Policy, Plans, and International Affairs. Recognized expert in C-UAS and defense strategy.
Scott O’Neil – Technical Advisor, Former Executive Director of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). Ran a $2B+ weapons portfolio and holds multiple advanced engineering degrees.
